1. My platform presentation is this Wednesday between 12-1:30. It will consist of a 30 minute presentation to pharmacists and fellow students followed by a question and answer session. I've been working on this project for months, and it will feel great to finally have this over with!
2. To celebrate our projects being done (Luke's research presentation at Savannah and my platform), we're heading on a relaxing weekend trip next weekend - camping or Atlanta, we haven't decided where yet. Right now it looks like rain on Friday, so Atlanta may win out.
3. Luke and I have both been pretty homesick for Birmingham lately. The last time we were home was the beginning of August - we really miss our family and friends and hope to make a trip sometime soon!
4. We love our Auburn Tigers. We also love to win games and look decent (which we haven't seen much of lately). Sitting in the cold rain to lose to Kentucky wasn't my ideal of a great Saturday night. But we still love our Auburn Tigers.
5. I've been looking for an autumn wreath all season long and finally found one on Friday. The new wreath, pumpkins, and yellow mums really made my weekend!
6. HIV clinic is going well - it's proving to be a lot of work (especially while putting the finishing touches on my platform), but I think it's going to be a great experience!
7. I have an amazing husband. I've been putting in 12+ hour days the last week, and he's been absolutely wonderful! He's been getting up with me at 5am, helped with dinner, fixed lunches, made HIV flashcards for me, debated with me about where we're moving next, and listened to all of my HIV stories. I could not have gotten through this past week without him!
8. We're so excited about this news! It gave me chills just reading this! I cannot believe that we'll have a little niece or nephew this spring!

Wow - we miss you guys! When do we get to see you again? We're still planning on tailgating with you before the Bama/Auburn game! :)
