I've had one week at work, and I'm pleased to say that I've somehow made it through 2 codes. After my previous experience in the cath lab (flashback to a previous blog post), I have been very nervous about responding to codes for fear that I might cause another one. Right now, I'm not certified to do anything, but eventually, I'll be the pharmacist at them. So, it needs to be something that I'm comfortable with (or at least don't pass out during). Let me assure you that there's been a whole lot of praying going on!
On a side note, I had to buy scrubs this past week for work. Who knew that they were so expensive?!
